‘Lamborghini’ is known for its crazy and outlandish supercars. The thing that has really worked for the brand over the years is that we don't really need a Lamborghini, but there is a child deep inside each one of us that WANTS A LAMBORGHINI. And to your list of wishes, Lamborghini is all set with its next inline offering SC19 Alston. The new crazy offering, at first sight, seems to be straight out of comic book pages. On paper, the Italian Automaker may claim they have brought just another roadster, but in practice, the SC19 Alston seems tailor-made for race circuits.

The current big bull from the Lamborghini family is the Aventador SVJ. But the SC19 Alston it seems is poles apart from any of the offerings from the Italian maker. SC19 Alston takes wildness to a whole new level. Crafted by Lamborghini Squadra Corse, the motorsport division of the supercar make, it embodies the teams years of experience from the racing circuits. It packs the best of all things, ranging from the Lamborghini Super Trofeo one-make series to the SC18, into one supercar. The design is inspired by the Aventador SVJ but for aerodynamics, it relies on the air intakes from the Huracan GT3 as well as fins, scoops, and fenders from the Super Trofeo EVO.

For those who like to control their sprints, there is a manually adjustable carbon fiber made rear wing on the SC19 Alston. One can choose from three different modes. First of the three settings is for maximum downforce and maximum drag. The second is a is a mid-range option for more control and ease. The last one is for minimum drag and greatest top speed which may not be ideal for the faint-hearted.

For power, the Lamborghini SC19 packs in a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine. It delivers 770 bhp of peak power and 720 Nm of peak torque and comes mated to the single clutch 7-speed gearbox. Further, SC19 also gets a custom exhaust for a truly unique sound'.
