Prices of newly refreshed GLC facelift are out now! Mercedes-Benz has priced refurbished GLC at INR 52.75 lakh in India. This is a starting price of petrol-powered GLC 200, the price for the GLC 220d 4Matic diesel starts with INR 57.75 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). Reequipped with BS6 compliant petrol & diesel engines, subtle styling tweaks and MBUX infotainment system, GLC SUV gets a mid-life cycle update. This is the first time that such updates in the Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV debuts in India.
Exterior
Other updates include revised LED headlamp at the front end, tail-lamp design, a styling look for the grille with silver inserts and chic-rich tweaks to its front and rear bumpers, which makes newer Mercedes-Benz SUVs more voguish & enticing like the new GLS SUV and latest-gen GLE, to be launched in India next year. Besides, the SUV now comes with alloy wheels varying from 17-inches to 19-inches.
Interior
On the interior, the cabin of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV has been revamped with the black shade scheme. One of the biggest updates is the large, 10.25-inch touchscreen which is featured in the latest version of Mercedes’ MBUX infotainment system along with a big touchpad on the centre console to let users access all controls. The new MBUX also features a voice command mechanism which is a response to the ‘Hey Mercedes’ prompt. Besides, the GLC facelift receives texture updates also with the option of either piano lacquer coating or the dual new wood finishing with open-pore ash wood or new walnut open-pore wood trim for the centre console. The MBUX system includes touch-sensitive switches on the steering wheel as well.

Advance Assistance System
The car also showcases cutting-edge assistance mechanisms with Active Braking Assist, advanced steering wheel with touch control switches, ambience lighting with a total of 64 colour standards, midline audio system and wi-fi charging at front.
Power and Engine
The 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC will be powered by the company's new-generation four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. The BS6 compliant petrol engine is an Updates in motor & engine includes a unit of M264 2.0-litre with potency to pump out 194 bhp and 320 Nm torque and the all-new BS6-compliant engine, currently on offer in India on the C-class and Mercedes-Benz E-class sedans. BS6 compliant diesel engine OM651 2.0-litre four-cylinder unit with a potency to generate 192 bhp and 400 Nm. Both the engines will feature the 9 G-Tronic automatic transmissions as a benchmark.
Safety Features
Newer GLC facelift has an array of safety features that include airbags for the side, front & knee and the curtains with the regular fare of ABS & EBD in addition to other active & inactive safety assistance schemes & structures.
