A little while ago, we’ve shared one image of the KTM's upcoming adventurous machine, which will be going to launch soon. The spied motorcycle was supposedly named as KTM 1290 Super Adventure. The motorcycle was being spotted while it was undergoing a shooting in Monaco, France, although none of the specifications were declared at that time.
Without playing hide and seek with public, the KTM has officially announced the launch date for the upcoming motorcycle. It seems that the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer doesn't want to keep its products in rumor for so long. Hence, just after one week of spying the motorcycle, the company has decided to showcase their upcoming adventurous motorcycle. KTM has announced to introduce the 1290 Super Adventure on 30th of September, 2014 at the Intermot Show, which will be going to held at Cologne, Germany.
Technically, the 1290 Super Adventure will sport the same engine which will be powering the 1290 Super Duke R, the naked Street-fighter motorcycle from the Duke Series. However, the manufacturer hasn't dropped a spotlight over the power figures and any other technical specifications of the upcoming motorcycle. The company said that they will be upgrading the fuel tank of the newly coming motorcycle, which would be "incredibly large". The 1290 Super Adventure will surely be able to defeat any other 1200cc motorbike available in the global market.
The features of the 1290 Super Adventure will be expected to be filled with adventure and thrilling riding experience. As the name appears, the motorcycle will be coming loaded with ABS, Traction Control and Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC) system, which is developed by Bosch. Though, we will be eagerly waiting to receive some more details of 1290 Super Adventure and would also love to experience some more adventure along with it!!
