It’s been a while when the Japanese two-wheeler maker has exposed the concept of its City Adventure Concept at the 2015 EICMA Motor Show, and now we see the heavily undisguised images of the same are being leaked out on the web. These patented pictures are of the production version of the aforementioned bike, which is a weird amalgamation of a scooter, an adventure motorcycle, a tourer and a commuter.
Its first appearance in Milan has caught a lot of eye-balls as the crazy concept stand out its presence from the rest of wide variety of the usual machines. Apparently, the Japanese automaker has done most of the designing job and is in the process of attaining a final touch to this concept. As a matter of fact, a heavily camouflaged City Adventure was spotted in Italy performing its tests rounds as well.
As the images are very clear and depict what the final version will look like, they show that Honda hasn’t toned down the design of the bike that much. Only a couple of changes is there, which include radial front brake calipers instead of the conventional four-pots, a teeny exhaust canal, and intriguing wire wheels that have got rims on the edges. Apart from these, the production variant has also got larger handguards and retained with the flat instrument panel that sports TFT display.

Though the concept name was the City Adventure, Honda has filed patents for two alternative names- ‘ADV’ and ‘X-ADV’. Now this could be interesting as it would probably mean that they may come up with two different versions of the bike. Nevertheless, assuming anything right now is pointless. The Japanese firm has engaged a lot of components like the 54BHP parallel twin engine, DCT semi-auto gearbox from the NC750 for a better fuel economy.
