TVS Victor will make a Comeback in 2015-16 FY

After the long hiatus, the commuter segment of TVS seems to be on the track quite soon. TVS, the Indian motor company is currently planning for something really big. Along with a comeback of a commuter motorcycle, it is also planning to introduce a high-powered premium motorcycle for the Indian fanatics in the financial year, 2015-16. Although, the TVS Motor Company hasn't revealed any further information regarding the upcoming products, but as per the demand of the Indian two-wheeler industry, the firm is silently working on the upcoming products.

The TVS Victor, which was the extremely successful motorcycle in the commuter segment in its era, is now readying behind the curtains without making noise. Back in the year, 2014, the motorcycle was caught while it was being tested somewhere in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The spied images have given an indication of the comeback of the TVS Victor carrying a newly designed engine of 125cc. The chances might be there, that a premium motorcycle will also make its debut with the upcoming TVS Victor. Besides, there is no confirmation regarding this premium motorcycle.

Talking about the upcoming premium motorcycle, it could be the BMW-TVS motorcycle, carrying a sub-500cc displaced engine or the TVS Draken concept is also in the row of introduction. The TVS Draken concept was first showcased by the firm at the Delhi Auto Expo, 2014. Since then, the Apache fanatics are eagerly waiting to see a brand new avatar of the sports motorcycle. The displayed concept was equipped with a quarter-liter engine, which is capable to generate a maximum power of 38.5 BHP @ 12,000 revs and achieves a peak torque of 23 Nm @ 9500 revs. The newly tuned liquid-cooled motor is expected to achieve a fuel economic ride as well.

Eventually, we all are eagerly waiting to see the BMW-TVS joint venture motorcycle. The under-production motorcycle was spied testing quite some time later and it is believed to carry a 300cc displaced single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor.
