If all the reports are to be believed by the company, Apple is going to unveil a new T.V set-top box at an event which is going to be held in next month.
It has been quite sometime since the company has launched the new T.V set-top box with improving features than its predecessor. So many of the Apple lovers are excited to see the improved features in the new set-top box that the company has made in this device. A new report published recently claims that the new Apple T.V is going to be more expensive than its predecessor.
The existing predecessor was initially priced at $99 before Apple reduced its price a few months back. While its rivals like Amazon fire T.V featuring a better specifications at the same price tag.
For the new sources 9to5Mac claims that it is seems to be the cost of new Apple T.V between $149 and $199. The final price is still up in the air.So we will come to know for sure when the company unveils this product sometimes in October.
The new Apple T.V is expected to be thinner and lighter than its predecessor. And supported with an A8 processor and more RAM. There may be a Nintendo Wii-like motion control remote, iOS and Siri integration 9.
When it is used against the similar competitors like the Roku3, and the Fire TV, the Apple have to show its priority by offering premium features in order to justify its higher price.
