Asus, Taiwan-based company has launched a new Titanium Edition of the ZenFone Max Pro M2 in India. The Titanium edition comes with a new color option that has joined the hands of the existing Blue color shade of the Max Pro M2. The new edition goes live on Flipkart already and the users can purchase it from exclusively from here.
The new Titanium Edition of the Max Pro M2 will be available in three storage configuration. It comes with a starting price of Rs 12,999 for the base 3GB RAM and 32GB storage model, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage models cost Rs14,999. Both, 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM variants are currently available for purchase at Flipkart. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 Titanium Edition,6GB RAM and 64GB storage model has been listed at Rs 16,999 on Flipkart along with ‘coming soon’.

As expected, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 have been unveiled at an event held in India on December 11. Few days before the India launch event, the smartphones were listed on the official website in Russia and Russian e-commerce platforms along with detailed specifications. Both of the smartphones have some similar specifications such as a larger display, dual rear cameras and larger batteries.
The ZenFone Max Pro M2 (ZB630KL) and the ZenFone Max M2 (ZB632KL) are powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC and Snapdragon 632 SoC respectively. Both of the devices come with an LED flash positioned on the front side for selfies. It must be noted that Max Pro M2 and Max M2 were unveiled in Russia in the previous week with the model numbers ZB631KL and ZB633KL respectively.
In India, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 has been launched at a starting price of Rs. 12,999 for the base 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage, while the middle 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model costs Rs. 14,999. Lastly, the high- end 6GB RAM and 64GB storage model costs Rs. 16,999. The company has offered two color options of Max Pro M2 which will be available for purchase from December 18, exclusively at Flipkart. As a part of launch offers, it has been bundled with no-cost EMIs options and Flipkart is offering Complete Mobile Protection at a discounted rate of Rs. 99.

On another hand, the ZenFone Max M2 comes with a starting price of Rs. 9,999 for the base 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage model and goes up to Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It has been launched in Blue and Black color options. It will go on sale from December 20 exclusively at Flipkart. The launch offers of Max M2 and Max Pro M2 are similar.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 (ZB630KL) features a 6.26-inch full-HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone offers 1080x2280 pixels resolution, 450 nits peak brightness and 94 percent NTSC color gamut. It runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo and compatible with Android 9 Pie. For the security purpose, the smartphone gets 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 6 which protects the screen of device from breaking and damaging.
Inside, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 3GB/ 4GB/6GB RAM and 32GB/ 64GB of internal storage which can be further extended up to 2TB with its own dedicated slot.
The Max Pro M2 packs dual 12MP primary sensor featuring an aperture lens of f/1.8, Sony IMX486 sensor and 1.25-micron pixels as well as a 5MP secondary sensor on the rear side. The rear camera set up supports EIS, 4K video recording support, and an LED flash module. Up front, the smartphone has a 13MP selfie snapper offering an aperture lens of f/2.0 and 1.12-micron pixels, as well as LED flash module.
The ZenFone Max Pro M2 gets dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-SIM (Nano) and a Micro-USB port as connectivity options. The smartphone has been equipped with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor. The smartphone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of lens, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 comes with dual- sensors on the rear panel consisting of a 13MP primary sensor that offers an aperture lens of f/1.8 and 1.12-micron pixels as well as a 2MP secondary sensor. The rear camera set up comes with the support of 4K video recording and LED flash module. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone gets an 8MP selfie- shooter that offers an aperture lens of f/2.0, 1.12-micron pixels, and an LED flash module.
