The long wait is over for mobile gaming lovers in India as the much awaited Nubia Red Magic 3 has been finally launched. The phone comes with the top-of-the-line gaming features and is likely to compete against the likes of Asus ROG phone and Xiaomi’s Black Shark in India.
Some very useful gaming-centric features like liquid cooling with internal turbo fan, capacitive shoulder triggers, stereo speakers, and a 90Hz HDR display are all present in Nubia’s Red Magic 3.
As far as the hardware goes, Nubia does not leave a stone unturned for this new gaming beast- Red Magic 3. The phone comes with this year’s flagship processor-Snapdragon 855 SoC from Qualcomm and UFS 2.1 storage. Nubia India has also unveiled some gaming accessories specially designed for this new smartphone- Game Controller, Earphones, and Charging dock. The pricing for these accessories will hover somewhere between INR 1999 to INR 2999. Although, the final price is yet to be disclosed by Nubia.
The pricing for the entry-level variant (8GB RAM/128 GB storage) of Nubia Red Magic 3 has been set around INR 35,999 whereas the top-end model of this phone (12 GB RAM/ 256GB storage) comes with a price tag of INR 46,999. Nubia Red Magic 3 is all set to go on the first sale on June 27 around 12 PM (noon) exclusively via Flipkart online store.
The 8GB variant of Nubia Red Magic 3 will be available in two color options- Black and Red whereas the top-tier model will come with Camo finish.
As far as launch offer goes, buyers will get the option of no-cost EMI, complete mobile protection, and much more on Flipkart.

A list of gaming-centric features comes with Nubia Red Magic 3 for hardcore mobile game lovers. The list unfolds features like Game Space 2.0. This feature is especially very handy in intense game scenarios as it acts as a central gaming dashboard that you can use for organizing games, tweaking performance settings, notification management, real-time stat monitoring, and much more.
The much-awaited gaming-centric phone-Nubia Red Magic 3 has been launched in India with a starting price of INR 35,999 for its entry-level variant. The phone will go on sale from June 27th at 12 PM (noon) via Flipkart online store.
At the heart of this phone, Snapdragon 855 SoC powers its gaming machinery, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The phone also comes with a 6.65-inch Full HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) HDR compatible AMOLED display with19.5:9 aspect ratio, 430 nits brightness, and 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is also protected by 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass.
On the imaging front, the phone sports a single 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor (f/1.7 aperture) at the rear that is capable of recording videos at 8K resolution with 30fps. Besides this, a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture is handling the imaging duties at the front.
The phone also comes with a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging support. Some other useful features of Nubia Red Magic 3 include DTS:X, dual stereo speakers, and 3D sound support for a cinematic sound experience. The RGB lighting can also be customized by users with the availability of more than 16.8 million colours in light effects editor of Red magic 3.
One of the key highlights and stunning feature of Nubia Red Magic 3 is its advanced cooling system that houses an internal turbo fan for heat management. Another major talking point of this phone is the presence of built-in capacitive shoulder triggers that aims toward replacing on-screen buttons for more accurate & precise control during gameplay.
The connectivity features in this new phone include Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, etc. The phone weighs around 215 gms with 171.7x78.5x9.65mm dimensions. All the key sensors are present on this new phone- fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, and the ambient light sensor.
