Affordable Itel A46 Smartphone Launched at INR 4,999

Itel has launched the A46 smartphone in India under the budget segment. The newly launched smartphone comes with a rear fingerprint scanner, dual rear camera setup and runs on Android Pie. The company has fitted 2,400mAh battery, gets the power from the octa-core processor and comes with a selfie flash. The company said that this launch is to compete with the Redmi 6A.

The Itel A46 comes in lone 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which carries a price sticker of INR 4,999. The company rolled out the smartphone in four color options which include Dark Water, Fiery Red, Gradation Diamond Gray, and Neon Watercolor finishes.

With the launch of the smartphone, there are a lot of offers which includes 50GB of extra free 4G data with the INR 1,200 instant cashback on Rs. 198 and Rs. 299 recharges for 24 months by Reliance Jio to the customers. There is also a 100-days replacement warranty given by the company.

The company teased about the launch of the smartphone at the starting of this week which will be priced under INR 5,000.

In terms of the specifications, the Itel A46 smartphone flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS full-screen display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone will get the power from the 1.6GHz octa-core processor which is mated with 2GB RAM of RAM and 16GB of onboard memory which can further be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

In terms of the photography, the Itel A46 comes with a dual camera set up at the back which consists of a primary 8-megapixel sensor and a VGA secondary sensor which are positioned horizontally. At the front, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel sensor along with soft flash support.

The latest smartphone comes with the face unlock support  as well as with the fingerprint scanner at the back for the security purpose. It gets fueled up by the 2,400mAh battery and comes with the thickness of 8.9mm. The smartphone also comes with screen guard for protecting the display along with the silicon case.
