The new variant of Nubia Red Magic Mars, the Nubia Red Magic Mars RNG Edition has now been launched in China. The set was reportedly launched late last month with up to 10GB RAM and is available with a renowned and dedicated brand of Chinese eSports club Royal Never Give Up (RNG).
The back panel of the phone consists of signatures of various RNG team members. This portrays the image of the regular Nubia Red Magic Mars gaming phone that kept a simpler, convex-styled back.
The set Nubia Red Magic Mars RNG Edition is coming in two different variants, with 8 GB and 10 GB RAM options.
CNY 3,299, is the price set for Nubia Red Magic Mars RNG Edition in China for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage configuration, which is roughly around Rs. 33,500 as per Indian currency whereas, the 10GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3,888 which is roughly Rs. 39,500 as per Indian currency.
The smartphone is still not available for purchase in China, though, it has already been listed on JD.com.
The set is available in the single colour option of Red colour along with the signatures of the RNG team members in Black colour and not like the Nubia Red Mars that was launched late last month in many colour options viz, Black, Camouflage, and Flame Red colour options,
Nubia Red Magic Mars RNG Edition have an identical specification to the Nubia Red Mars. It is a single-SIM (Nano) smartphone which runs Red Magic OS 1.6 on top of Android 9.0 Pie and features a 6-inch full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. There is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC under the hood, coupled with 8GB and 10GB RAM options.

Talking about the optical section, the Nubia Red Magic Mars RNG Edition features a single, 16-megapixel rear camera setup with a f/1.8 aperture and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). Also facilitated with an 8-megapixel sensor at the front along with a f/2.0 aperture.
The onboard storage capacity of Nubia Red Magic Mars is 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. However, for Nubia Red Magic RNG Edition it is 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. The Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm with a headphone jack. The smartphone is available with a 3,800mAh battery with fast charging support and measures 158.25x75x9.85mm.
Nubia also provides a DTS 7.1 channel with 3D surround sound along with an RGB LED panel. In addition to above all features, the phone has liquid and air cooling technology that is claimed to increase CPU performance by up to 70 per cent by reducing the temperature by up to 13.2 degrees.
