Oppo has launched an upgraded version of its Oppo R5 as Oppo R5s. It is available in grey color variant and the feature which make this device more affluent is 4.85mm thickness, making it slimmest phone available in the market.
In terms of specifications Oppo R5s sports a 5.2-inch AMOLED full HD display with a 1080×1920 pixel resolution along with a pixel density of 423ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, paired with 3GB RAM.
The phone is fitted with 13MP rear shooter camera with Sony IMX214 sensor and LED flash along with a 5MP front shooter facing camera. It includes an internal storage of 32GB and does not feature a microSD card slot. Due to its thin factor phenomenon, there is not a sufficient amount of space in the device for allotting a SD card functionality.
Oppo R5s works on 4.4.4 Android Kitkat and it includes connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, 4G, and micro-USB. Oppo R5s is priced at Rs.15,338, which is quite affordable in comparison to its sibling Oppo R5, which was priced for Rs. 29,990.
The device is packed with 2000mAH battery and supports a VOOC charging technology, according to which it is said that it can charge the device from 0% to 70% within a 30 minutes of time. That’s why it is said to be the fastest charging technology.
