Xiaomi unveils Redmi Note 7S in India: Sale starting on May 23

Xiaomi has officially launched the new Redmi Note 7S smartphone in India on Monday. The smartphone will go on sale from May 23 via the online platform of Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The mesmerising features of the Redmi Note 7S include a 6.3-inch full-HD (1080x2340 pixels) Dot Notch Display, octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC, and a 4,000mAh battery along with a dual rear camera -- with a 48-megapixel primary sensor. These features justify its resemblance to the Redmi Note 7 variant that was launched back in January in China.

Redmi Note 7S is a dual-SIM (Nano) innovation that runs on Android Pie with MIUI 10 on top and looks amazingly well with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio along with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and back where a P2i splash-resistant coating adds eggs to one’s beer as far as physical protection is concerned. When we shift our glance to the internal features, we discover that the smartphone features a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and 32GB/64GB of onboard storage options (both are further expandable to 256GB via microSD card). An infrared sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, distance sensor, electronic compass, fingerprint sensors come under the specification of the sensor of the smartphone.

Price and Availability

In India, the Redmi Note 7S is price labelled with Rs. 10,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage mode and Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model of the smartphone. Both variants arrive in three colour options which are Onyx Black, Ruby Red, and Sapphire Blue.

The sale of the gadget will begin soon in India on May 23rd, Thursday via e-stores - Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. Mi Studio and Xiaomi partner retail stores will also sale the smart innovation from May 24th, Friday.
