Samsung Galaxy A7 launched in India: Featuring triple rear cameras and 6-Inch Display

Samsung, the South Korean manufacturer has launched a series of new products in the Big Indian Market last week. Adding to its A-series, Samsung has launched Galaxy A7 (2018) Today, on September 25 in India, which had been unveiled in South- Korea on 20th of this month with all its variant features.

The features have already been unveiled. It is the first smartphone from Samsung that comes with triple lens camera on the rear panel. It features a 6-inch display, Dolby Atmos audio technology, 24MP selfie snapper, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and more.

A few days ago, the company had also launched the Galaxy J4+and Galaxy J6+, which were in rumors since last few weeks.

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) Price in India (Launch offers) and Availability

The offered price by Samsung on Galaxy A7 (2018) for 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant starts at Rs. 23,990 and that for 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant, it is Rs. 28,990. Purchase outlets for the set on Thursday and Friday, i.e. 27th and 28th September, would be e-Tailor Flipkart, Samsung online store, and the Samsung Opera House.

Later it would be made available through other offline channels. The set has come in three colors, viz. Gold Millenial, Premium Black, and Striking Blue. The attractive launch offer is Rs 2,000 cashback on purchase via HDFC Bank Debit or Credit card.

Apart from that, Samsung is expected to unveil another smartphone on 11th October 2018 most probably with quad- cameras. Now it is confirmed that the upcoming smartphone could be from the Galaxy A range.

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) Specifications

• Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), powered by Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung Experience UX at the top, is a Dual-SIM smartphone having 6-inch full-HD+ (1080x2220 pixels), Super AMOLED Infinity Display with aspect ratio 18.5:9.
 
• Protected with Gorilla Glass 3, has octa-core Samsung Exynos 7885 processor clocked at 2GHz.
 
• It has memory 4GB and 6GB RAM options. In terms of optics, it has triple rear camera setup which bears a 24-megapixel autofocus sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with fixed focus and f/2.2 aperture.
 
• The smartphone is equipped with 24-megapixel fixed-focus camera sensor at the front with a f/2.0 aperture and an LED flash. The selfie camera has features like Selfie Focus and Pro Lighting Mode.
 
• The set is coming with inbuilt storage models of64GB and 128GB and both are expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB). For connectivity, it is through 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, ANT+, NFC with Samsung Pay support, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and a 3.5mm headphone jack and battery strength 3,300mAh.
 
• The smartphone is 159.8x76.8x7.5mm in size with sensors on board the handset are the accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, RGB light sensor, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The company is providing touting Dolby Atmos audio and AR Emoji features.
