The Samsung Galaxy S9 has faced an online leak which provides an insight into the refreshed design of this upcoming Samsung flagship mobile. The image has been leaked by the BGR suggesting that the Samsung is working on its own facial recognition feature, which will directly compete with the Apple's TrueDepth feature seen on the iPhone X. It must be noted that an earlier report has suggested that Samsung will improve its iris scanner to take on Apple's iPhone X facial recognition feature.
The online leak also reveals a dual camera setup aligned vertically on the rear panel. Earlier, KGI Securities - Ming-Chi Kuo has also tipped the presence of a rear-facing dual camera setup on the Samsung Galaxy S9. The report from the BGR has also claimed that the Galaxy S9 will be powered by the company's in-house Exynos 9 Series 9810 SoC or Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845.

BGR has additionally shared a render of the Samsung Galaxy S9 that is claimed to be taken from the Samsung factory. BGR includes that the render precisely demonstrates the new Galaxy S9, however, changes like a smaller bezel is expected. The BGR report further claims that Samsung will bring the fingerprint scanner on the Samsung Galaxy S9 at the rear panel of the handset and will house the fingerprint module just beneath the camera sensor.
