Samsung, South-Korean giant announces Galaxy Wide 3 entry-level smartphone specifically in South Korea. Samsung Galaxy Wide 3 is the successor of Galaxy Wide 2 which was launched by the company in the previous year. It will be available for purchase specifically in South Korea at a price tag of KRW 297,000 which converts into Rs 18,800. Samsung Galaxy Wide 3 is available in two color options: Silver and Black. Likewise Galaxy Wide 2, it will be available for purchase exclusively via SK Telecom in the country. Currently, we don’t know that when the company would globally launch the Galaxy Wide 3.

The sale record which was shared by SK Telecom revealed that we sold more than 1.3 million quantities of Galaxy Wide and Wide 2 till now in the South Korean market and more than 70 percent of users above 40 age are using Galaxy Wide 2 in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy Wide 3 flaunts a 5.5-inch HD display and a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels. It is powered by unnamed octa-core processor, clocked at 1.6GHz. It is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with an option to extend further up to 400GB by using the memory card.
In terms of optics, Galaxy Wide 3 gets a 13MP rear camera and 13MP front-facing camera with an aperture of f/1.7 and f/1.9 respectively. The smartphone comes with a facial recognition feature. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and an FM radio. Under the hood, it is fueled by a 3300mAh battery and the smartphone has 1.2W power built-in speaker.
