Vivo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has silently launched the Vivo Z1 in its home country, China. Vivo Z1 is the first smartphone in the Z-series that has been introduced by the Chinese company. The key highlighting feature of the newly launched Vivo Z1 includes a 6.26-inch display, 19:9 aspect ratio, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 12MP selfie camera and dual-rear cameras, facial recognition, as well as the fingerprint sensor. Vivo X21 UD is expected to be unveiled on 29th May in India. It features a notch on the top of the display.

The Vivo Z1 is priced at CNY 1,798 which translates to Rs 19,200. It must be noted that the company launched the smartphone specifically in China and the aforementioned price is for China market. The company is offering the smartphone in Porcelain Glaze Black, Hyun Screen Red, and Sapphire Blue color options. In China, interested users can pre-book the Vivo Z1 via JD.com and the deliveries of the smartphone will start from 4th June. Currently, we don’t know that when Chinese company would unveil the Vivo Z1 in India.
The Vivo Z1 flaunts a 6.26-inch full-HD+ display, 19:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 1080x2280 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset which clocked at 2.2GHz along with an Adreno 512 GPU. The smartphone is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage with an option to extend up to 256GB by using a memory card. The smartphone comes with a hybrid- configuration which allows the user to use a dual-sim card and one sim card or memory card. It runs on top of the line Android 8.1 Oreo- out-of-the-box, based on FunTouch OS.
In terms of camera department, the Vivo Z1 comes with dual rear cameras which comprises 13-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. The dual rear camera setup features an LED flash. At the front, the smartphone sport a 12-megapixel selfie shooter.
In terms of connectivity, the Vivo Z1 has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. The smartphone features an accelerometer, digital compass, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and gyroscope. Under the hood, it armed with a 3260 mAh battery. The dimensions and weight of the smartphone are 154.81x75.03x7.89mm and 149.3 grams respectively.
