Android 5.1 Update with Bug Fixes and Revamped Features due for 2015

People are still waiting to experience the Android 5.0 Lollipop update on their smartphones. Meanwhile the Mountain View juggernaut has decided to roll-out Android 5.1 update next year in 2015. It is reported that Google is working on an updated version of the latest dish. The Changelog has also been leaked for the alleged Android 5.1 OS.

As per the report of AndroidPit, Google has plans to release the Android 5.1 Lollipop next year and the same will be going to launch in the smartphones by end of the February 2015. So, we can say that, the launch will take place in the first month of the year. However, the Company itself has not spoken a single word on this and denied from commenting on such topic.

It is speculated that the update will bring some enhancement in its features, fixing few bugs faced in the original dish. The Changelog, which is spotted in leaks may bring the features that developers forgot to add in the Android 5.0 like silent mode. The new update will also fix the old glitches, bugs like sudden app closing and issues of battery management, system availability, OK Google issue, wireless connection issue and many others.

It is also expected that the Material Design can also be revamped with new color palettes. Few days back, the Android 5.0.1 update on Nexus 5 smartphone can be seen in leaks. On the other side, several domestic and international mobile companies are in the queue to update their smartphones with the latest Android platform. Samsung, HTC, Sony are some leading brands in this line, looking to upgrade its devices soon.
