After facing a lot of criticisms for newly-launched Android 5.0 Lollipop, Google is continually striving to fix the issues of the OS. In this sequence, the tech giant has brought an incremental upgraded version of the operating system, called Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. The latest updated edition has been listed on official Android Open Source Project, which has been appended by a build number LRX22C.
Apparently, the successor of Android KitKat has been introduced with hotly anticipated devices: Nexus 6 & Nexus 9. But, it didn't succeed in accomplishing the expectation of consumers and it has been in tidings for all wrong reasons since the release. Previously, it has been reported that consumers are facing the issues with silent mod, app switcher, Wi-Fi, SMS and flashlight.
Consequently, this American firm has published factory images of the revamped firmware that is basically manual downloadable software. These factory images have been rolled out for Wi-Fi only Asus Nexus 7, HTC Nexus 9 and Samsung Nexus 10 tablets to resolve those bugs, which were affecting the performance of these devices. While, the binary image files are yet-to-be proclaimed for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 LTE.
