Just a day has left and the clock is counting down the hours for the biggest Apple event which is expected to bring Company’s first smart wearable iWatch along with much awaited iPhone 6. Meantime, the buzz is spreading everywhere regarding the much anticipated iWatch. The new one in the pipeline of rumours is suggesting few other details related to Apple’s first smartwatch.
As per the report by 9to5Mac, it is speculated that iWatch will support third party applications. It is also said that user can also access the App Store via the smartwatch. However, there is no idea about what version will be accessible. It is also expected that Company may introduce specialised iWatch version of App Store or may let users to access the full list of applications just like iPhone and iPad.
It is reported that the iWatch will be released this year but, will hit the stores next year in 2015. It will bless developers with enough time to get familiar with the platform and the watch so that, they can develop apps for the wearable using Apple SDK. Those will support Extensions, Healthkit, and Homekit APIs also.
9to5mac report has claimed that the new version of SDK has already been sent to select "high profile social network and services companies" under non-disclosure agreement. Companies will exhibit the apps on iWatch in Tuesday event. It is expected that Facebook has also received the pre-release SDK version for the iWatch apps development.
It is also expected that Apple will bring NFC connectivity for mobile payment and will also introduce pulse readers and motion detectors in it’s yet to be announced iWatch. All these rumours and leaks don’t need to take seriously, will all be known very soon as the event is very close to begin.
