Mercedes Benz has opened its biggest showroom of the country in Delhi. CEO of Mercedes Benz India Eberhard Kern, T&T motors chairman Ravi Talwar and Managing Director Vidur Talwar were present in the event. The flag ship store of Mercedes has spread in 60,000 square meter area. It has the capacity to display 26 cars together and Rs.70 crore has spent to build this showroom.
Eberhard Kern has stated that selling of high cost cars is a challenging task and India is the next strategic market for business of cars. Company is planning to launch its A-class, CLA and B-class vehicles till mid of 2013.
Mercedes has targeted youth for its premium models. The new showroom has different floors for its wagon series, SLS and AMG brand. The company is tough competitors for other luxury brands as BMW and Audi etc. The new models will be launched according to the market trend.
