A day nap will not only increases your memory power but it also refreshes your brain. As per the university of California researcher Methew Walker and his team-mates, one nap in a day will keep tension away and also enhance your memory. This research is done on 40 people in which 20 people take nap in day for 90 minutes and rest were kept awake and the result were amazing.
Students who do not take rest and keep themselves busy in their stuffs were found restless and also their memory is week. According to the University of Arizona psychologist Lin Nadel and his team has researched on babies and found that babies who take nap daily are better learner than those who do not. After learning something if baby take nap then he/she may learn it better.
According to the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine scientists Marks Frank research he found that after taking nap brain rearranges itself which is very essential to learn new things. When we are in sleep our mind is not in switch off mode its just that when we are awake then our mind is active in other mode.
Our memory is limited and exist for short term so if we want that the contents and new information should be stored permanently in our brain then the best way is to take nap and relax your mind. This short nap will refresh your mind and will feel free to store new information permanently.
